Heart of a Cowgirl

Do you know how hard these are to write? I am not usually one to toot my own horn or put myself out there but here I go.

Growing up on properties, I can't say I was really a 'girly' girl. I was quite happy to kick around in my jeans, boot and spurs (cause lets be honest, who has the time to take them off!). Trying to find accessories that go with my 'going out' jeans, boots and hat didn't come easy so I started making my own.

I adore natural products like pearls, stone, leather and wood so many of my pieces will have these in them. They are understated but classically beautiful and I am here for it!

My artistic side has long lurked in the background of a professional career and I love being able to express this in my jewellery, particularly my clay creations. It's always exciting to remove them from the oven and see how uniquely beautifully they have set. Imagining the person who will fall in love with them, just as I did.

I aim to make my jewellery, durable and light. Necklaces have double strand tiger tail running through them. Findings are durable stainless steel or sterling silver for those looking for something more delicate. I want my pieces to be worn by everyone, but in my heart, I know I have made them for all the cowgirls like me. Those who work hard, get covered in cowgirl glitter (dust), wrangle livestock and ride horses like they stole them.
